Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Info
RL Designs ships worldwide. For Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout. For international orders, shipping costs are communicated separately and included in the final invoice.
01
Shipping Costs — Switzerland
Orders within Switzerland are shipped via Post.ch. Shipping costs are CHF 2.90 and are automatically added at checkout. Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped as an insured parcel.
02
Shipping Costs — International
For orders outside Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated separately after order receipt and communicated to the customer. The European average is approx. CHF 15–25 depending on the destination country. All shipping costs are transparently listed on the final invoice.
03
Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside Switzerland, additional import duties, VAT and other charges of the destination country may apply. These costs are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are neither covered nor pre-calculated by RL Designs. Please check with the relevant authorities in your country — for shipments from Switzerland to the EU, the CHF value of goods is used as the tax base.
04
Delivery Time & Questions
